In February, the Friends sponsored Ballet Folklorico for a full auditorium at the Opera House. A program of traditional cultural dances that emphasizes local folk culture with ballet characteristics and honors the Spanish culture and heritage. The beautiful costumes added to the majesty of the performances and the audience awarded the dancers with a standing ovation and many cheers of Bravo!
