Becoming a Friend of the Opera House is more than just a donation; it is an opportunity to be part of Woodstock history and to contribute to the development of arts and entertainment in the community. Your contribution can provide educational opportunities and entertainment for our youth; an outlet for artistic expression through multi-cultural events; a center for local entertainment; plus a gathering space in Woodstock to experience the continuing growth of the theater community for generations to come. Your support is a vital component of this historic landmark. (Friends of the Opera House is a 501(c) (3) organization)

An Annual Membership in the Friends of the Opera House is perfect for those who want to have a say in the direction the organization takes, in the types of fundraisers the group hosts and in how the money that is raised is spent. Also, Friends attend the annual meeting, vote for board members (or become a board member themselves), and approve the goals for each new year. They also donate time to help with fundraisers, membership drives, and special events.
