For the second consecutive year, the Friends of the Opera House were honored to be asked to sponsor an evening event on the Friday of Groundhog Weekend. Thus, the fundraiser, Cocktails with Willie was born. Over 50 guests were present to enjoy the specialty cocktails created by Amelia Rothstein, Hospitality Manager for Stage Left. These included the Time Loop Gin Fizz, House Paloma, Ritas’s Lemonade, and DeJaVu. The Gin Fizz was voted the favorite, with DeJaVu a close second

The highlight of the evening was a personal appearance by Woodstock Willie with photo opportunities for all the guests. It was a heartwarming sight to see all the adults standing in line for a picture with Willie!

In all, we were able to raise $1500 for the Opera House.
